About Us


Mr. Baker is a veteran that honorably served his country in the United States Navy. After being honorably discharged he entered Bethune Cookman College and graduated summa cum laude. Mr. Baker then attended the University of San Diego School of law where he earned his Juris Doctor. Mr. Baker became an Assistant State Attorney where he tried both misdemeanors and felonies. In fact, he was named 2003 Prosecutor of the Year for The 20th Judicial Circuit.

Mr. Baker utilizes his trial experience to help achieve favorable results for his clients when filing actions against insurance companies. Mr. Baker personally evaluates and assesses each case and ensures that each and every client’s voice is heard by the insurance companies.
